Prototyping is a vital part of our design process. We are always searching for new tools and resources to make our ideas real. Sketching and spinning an idea in CAD has its value, but experiencing a 3D model is priceless. Just as a pictures is worth a thousand words, a prototype is worth a thousand pictures. Here you can make your visions and dreams coming to life. If we are not able to get it done in our shop, we have key partners through out West Michigan that can get your project done.

3D Printing
Our shop space is growing. Over the past 5 years we have introduced four FDM 3D Printers to our workshop, which has proven to be a useful tool for quick mock-ups, functionality testing, comfort models, and personal projects.
CNC Routing
We often use the Shaper Origin CNC Machine which has proven to be a great tool for cutting out intricate shapes. This has been a main prototyping tool in creating mockups for wood furniture along with small projects such as our logo sign in the studio.
